Candles are poured individually, not mass-produced. Reed diffusers are assembled by hand. Every unit is quality-checked before despatch, the finishing standard is the same regardless of order size.
Labels, vessels, ribbons, and tissue paper are all specified to your palette and typeface. The packaging arrives looking as considered as the fragrance inside it.
