Privacy Policy
How we handle the details you trust us with.
What we collect
We collect the information you submit through our contact, discovery-set, checkout, and account forms. That may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery details, business details, and order history.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, fulfil orders, manage discovery-set requests, provide customer support, and maintain account records. We may also use it to send essential transactional updates about your order or request.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails where you have asked to hear from us or where you have an existing relationship with the studio and applicable law allows it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Payments and fulfilment
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details in this website. Order fulfilment and customer records may be shared with trusted operational partners where needed to complete your order.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the studio. We will respond in line with applicable data-protection law.
