Why we will never have a warehouse.

Every bottle that leaves the studio was hand-poured the week it was ordered. Here’s why we don’t plan to scale that out of the process.

Why we will never have a warehouse.

Fragrance changes in the bottle. The top notes lose their edge first; the base notes deepen and round. After eighteen months on a warehouse shelf, a scent is not the scent its maker signed off on.

We pour to order. The dispatch window is two to three working days because that’s how long it takes us to make the thing. We don’t hold stock beyond what we use as samples in the studio.

It is a slower business than the alternative. It also means the bottle that arrives at your door is the bottle we made for you, in the week you asked for it. Nothing has happened to it on a forklift.
